Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy describes when and how you can get a refund, and how to cancel your subscription.
Summary
- 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription month.
- Cancel anytime; your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds for unused days of paid months after the initial 14-day window.
1. Fourteen-day money-back guarantee
If Suadela Engine does not move your numbers in the first 14 days after your first charge, we refund the full amount of that first charge. No conditions. No retention form. No retention call.
How to request a refund
- Reply to the Stripe receipt email for the charge you want refunded, or send an email to [email protected] with your account email and order number.
- We process the refund within 10 business days to the original payment method.
- Refunds appear on your statement within the additional time your bank or card network needs, typically 5–10 business days.
Scope of the guarantee
- Available once per customer, on the first paid charge only.
- Does not apply to renewal charges after the initial 14-day window.
- Does not apply to accounts terminated for breach of the Terms of Service.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- From the dashboard: Settings → Subscription → Cancel subscription.
- By email: [email protected].
After cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You keep full access until that date.
- We do not pro-rate or refund unused days of a billing period after the first 14 days.
- The Suadela script can remain installed or be removed at your discretion; the Service will stop serving variants at the end of the billing period.
- Your account and data are retained per the Privacy Policy retention schedule.
3. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails:
- We retry for up to 7 days and notify you by email.
- If the payment is not resolved within 7 days, the subscription is paused and the Service stops serving variants on your page.
- You may reactivate by updating payment within 30 days.
- After 30 days without payment, the account is archived. Data is retained per the Privacy Policy.
4. Disputes and chargebacks
If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. We resolve the vast majority of concerns through the 14-day guarantee or through direct support.
Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in termination of your account and may affect eligibility for future subscriptions with Falco Labs.
5. EU consumer rights
For customers resident in the European Union, this policy operates in addition to, not in place of, your statutory consumer rights under EU and national law, including any applicable right of withdrawal for digital services.
